With support from Citizens Bank, the Batesville Area Arts Council held its first Paint Night at the Citizens Bank Annex on Thursday, October 16th. Paint Night is a painting workshop that pairs instructional art with a casual atmosphere for friends to get together and produce individual works of art on canvas. 25 participants enjoyed the class, taught by instructor Carla Ladd.
Registration is now open for BAAC’s next Paint Night on Thursday, November 20th. Early registration is encouraged since spaces are limited and fill up quickly. All levels of experience are encouraged to sign up. Cost of the workshop is $35 per person, which includes all supplies. Participants are welcome to bring their own beverages and snacks to share with friends.
