Sweet Makers Needed for Museum Fundraiser

Are you the best sweet maker in town? Prove it!  Old Independence Regional Museum will hold a Valentine’s Day fundraiser to raise money for operations.  “Love Bites” will take place at 7p.m. Saturday, February 14th at the museum.  Contestants must bring 150 bite sized pieces of their dessert to the museum. 

First place will win a $250 gift card; second place will win a $100 gift card.  First Community Bank of Batesville is sponsoring the event.  Registration is free but pre-registration is required for contestants. To enter, call the museum at 870-793-2121 or mail your name, address, phone number and type of dessert to the Museum at 380 South 9th Street, Batesville, AR 72501.   You can also find the registration form on our website at www.oirm.org.
