David and Paula Grimes recently opened up David’s King Catfish in Hardy and are bubbling over with excitement and awesome food for everyone who wants some really good catfish and all the trimmings! We visited with Paula last week, and she has got it going on, it is all about the customer and good food. Recently on a weekend night they actually fed over 500 people!!! Now that’s good catfish, and a good crowd!
Some friends of mine ate there yesterday and all they could say was, “Awesome! And there will be no doggie bags for friends!” Some of the best catfish and trimmings and all around pristine family restaurant for the connoisseurs of good food! Which we all are, really.
