HORSESHOE BEND, AR (April 21, 2016) – The Horseshoe Bend Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the donation of a beautiful wood carving from local wood carver, Martin Smith. The carving will be raffled off at the Dogwood Days Festival on May 14, 2016; need not be present to win.
Raffle tickets are just $1 each or 6 chances for $5 and are available for purchase through the Chamber of Commerce. They will also be sold at the festival.
