Mondays in June –  9 a.m. – Noon.

A snack will be provided by the Museum.

Cost for each half day program is $15 per child, or $55 to register for all four programs.

Each program is limited to 25 children.

June 8 – Native Americans Explore what life was like for the Native Americans who lived in Arkansas. Children will examine artifacts, learn about traditions, make crafts and sample foods.

June 15 – Little House on the Prairie.  This program is based on the life of Laura Ingalls Wilder. Children will experience pioneer life through activities like making cheese. They will build a model wooden wagon.

June 22 – Historic Toys and Games.  Children will have a day of fun and games from the 19th and early 20th centuries. They will make toys, including tops, thaumatropes and Jacob’s ladders.

June 29 – A Taste of the Past.  Children will have the opportunity to make and sample recipes from different historic eras. They will learn fun, food, facts and trivia.
