National Talent, Community Energy, and the Power of Music Take Center Stage May 7 – July 9
BATESVILLE, AR — Get ready, Downtowners — Thursday nights belong to Downtown Batesville.
Main Street Batesville is proud to announce the return of the Levitt AMP Batesville Music Series, bringing 10 weeks of FREE live music to the heart of Historic Downtown Batesville’s Entertainment District from May 7 through July 9, 2026.
Every Thursday at 6:00 PM, the community will gather under the open sky in Downtown Batesville’s Entertainment District for an unforgettable concert experience featuring a dynamic lineup of national and regional touring artists from across the country — all set against the backdrop of one of Arkansas’s most vibrant and growing downtown destinations.
This isn’t just a concert series — it’s a celebration of community, culture, and connection, powered by the belief that music has the ability to bring people together in meaningful ways.
Moving Communities Through Music
The Levitt AMP Batesville Music Series is made possible through a transformative partnership with the Mortimer & Mimi Levitt Foundation, whose mission is to strengthen the social fabric of communities through free, live music.
Through a highly competitive national grant, Batesville has been awarded a $120,000, multi-year funding commitment, ensuring that the community will experience three more years of FREE concerts right here in Downtown Batesville’s Entertainment District.
This investment goes far beyond entertainment — it is an investment in placemaking, accessibility, and community pride, activating public space and creating opportunities for residents and visitors alike to gather, connect, and experience downtown in a powerful way.
Downtown Takes the Stage
Located in the heart of Downtown Batesville’s Entertainment District, the Levitt AMP series transforms Main Street into a lively, welcoming venue where families, friends, and visitors come together week after week.
From lawn chairs and dancing in the streets to kids playing and neighbors reconnecting, the series creates an atmosphere that is uniquely Batesville — authentic, energetic, and deeply rooted in community.
“Levitt AMP is one of the most powerful examples of what intentional placemaking can do for a community,” said Maggie Tipton-Smart, Executive Director of Main Street Batesville. “It’s not just about music — it’s about creating a space where people feel connected, where our Entertainment District comes alive, and where memories are made week after week.”
Powered by Community Investment
The Levitt AMP Batesville Music Series is made possible through the incredible support of partners who believe in the continued growth and activation of downtown.
Presenting Sponsors First Community Bank, Bad Boy Mowers, and the City of Batesville lead the way, demonstrating a shared commitment to investing in the district and supporting initiatives that enhance quality of life through intentional placemaking.
Their leadership makes it possible to bring this level of programming — and this level of talent — to Downtown Batesville’s Entertainment District.
Additional support from Atlas Asphalt and The Toro Company, sponsors of our signature Southern hospitality, helps elevate the experience and allows Main Street Batesville to continue attracting high-caliber national artists to the community.
And in true Main Street fashion, a strong network of Community Sponsors continues to show up in a big way — proving that collaboration is at the heart of everything we do:
Precise, Citizens Bank, Smith Plumbing, FNBC, IndCo Cable, Peco, Lyon College, White River Leak Protection, Blair & Stroud Attorneys at Law, Richard Caster, CFP – Edward Jones, Arkansas Auto Rama, and the Main Street Batesville Board of Directors.
Because on Main Street, collaboration is everything.
More Than Music
While the music may be the headliner, Levitt AMP is about so much more.
Each Thursday night creates a ripple effect — supporting local businesses, increasing foot traffic, and strengthening the identity of Downtown Batesville’s Entertainment District as a destination for both residents and visitors.
From food trucks and retail shopping to community engagement and economic impact, the series continues to play a vital role in the ongoing momentum of the district.
